Stripe retrieve payment by id not found

Yesterday I added a stripe payment new charge trigger and tested it with with a payment in sandbox. Then I realized that the information provided by this does not contain the payment commission so I tried to add a stripe "retrieve a charge by id" but it always fail with the "resource not found" error.

How can I set the payment details in order to get the commission ammount and the net ammount?

Hi @javiermarcon,

Please ensure that you map the correct Charge ID from your trigger step and try again.

After choosing the data object id, as shownin your image, I still have always the same error

The issue appears to be related to the charge being created in test mode and you trying to fetch the charge in live mode

Please try creating a new API Key in Test Mode and use that key to establish a new connection with your Stripe account. See if this resolves the issue for you.
