Hello Pabbly Connect Team,

We are evaluating the Unlimited Tasks plan and need clarification before proceeding.

Our usage:

  • Facebook Page with ~1.3M followers
  • 5,000–10,000 public comment replies per day
  • One automation execution per comment
  • ~150k–300k+ executions per month
Please confirm:

  1. Are there any daily, monthly, or fair-use limits on the Unlimited plan?
  2. Is 5k–10k executions per day supported without throttling or account suspension?
  3. Are there any rate, concurrency, webhook, or execution limits we should know about?
  4. Is webhook-based triggering fully supported at this scale?
  5. Do you offer a monthly subscription option for the Unlimited Tasks plan instead of only yearly billing?
We need this confirmation to ensure stability and budgeting before subscribing.

Regards,
Venkat

  • Yes, there are rate and execution limits in place. You can refer to this forum thread for details:
    Geometry Game 2
  • Yes, this usage is allowed and supported. But we have a fair usage policy please refer it here - https://www.pabbly.com/terms-conditions/
  • Yes, webhook-based triggers are supported at this scale, subject to the rate limits.
  • Yes, we do offer a monthly Unlimited plan. You can find this on the pricing page under FAQs (“Do you have monthly plans?”):

Please refer to the attached image there for clarity.
  • Important: In the Unlimited plan, you will initially see 100,000 tasks. Once 80% are consumed, you can manually reset the task count from the Settings section.

Please let us know if you need any further clarification.
There are rate and execution limits, but webhook-based triggers are fully supported at this scale. Also, you can choose the monthly subscription option for more flexibility.
