Support needs to be faster, this is because I've been using the system now for over five years and if I run into a problem it's a real problem for me. I'm very busy and have a lot of customers I don't have time to try and fix complicated problems but I do my best. When I sent a support request it's often because there's a customer on the other side who has a particular problem. We need support to happen as fast as possible because your system is now directly connecting our business with customer satisfaction.
