systeme integration with facebook lead ad

I am having several problems with the verification/ testing of the steps to set up:

Facebook lead ad
to
systeme contact and then tag with email.

one step on the systeme part asks to put in an email but doesn't instruct which email they are referring to? my email or a sample email or what?

also, the facebook verification test was spinning but did not stop spinning or open up a new field. so not sure how I can test the integration.

If possible can you make a loom video showing the steps?

Hi @cloudman5073,

Please disable your current workflow and create a new one from scratch (without cloning). Then, follow the exact steps shown in the video below to set up your workflow.

I actually did this the first time but I see in the step to create new versus existing I had chosen existing. Can't I just switch that on the current workflow?

Hello @cloudman5073,

Cloning refers to creating a duplicate workflow from the existing one, which you can do by following the steps shown in the attached image.
i don't even know what "cloning" is

Could you please elaborate on this? We are unable to understand your query.

You can however, we recommend using a fresh workflow to avoid any consequences.
