Connecting Thrivecart to System IO: Issues when adding new contact to Systeme IO

I've used these forums to set up a workflow so that when a purchase is made in Thrivecart, a contact is then added to Systeme IO with a tag.

The workflow works if the contact is already in Systeme IO, but doesn't work if they are not. However, it says it's a success - but there's no new contact in System IO when we test it.

However, the test email that I've used isn't showing in Systeme IO and I'm still getting an error on 'Add Contact to Tag' when the email address doesn't already exist. Could you have another look?
