Tags issue on integration

Hi everyone,

I need some assistance with an issue I'm encountering in Pabbly Connect. I've configured a workflow to tag a newly generated lead from any source into an ActiveCampaign list. As shown in the attached screenshot, all custom fields are being correctly sent to ActiveCampaign, but the tag, despite being correctly mapped, is not being sent or recognized by ActiveCampaign.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or can provide any insights on how to resolve it?

Hi @Mauricio,

In the Tag ID field, you need to map the ID associated with a tag, not its name. You can use the 'Search Tag' action step to fetch the tag ID associated with a particular tag and map that in the Tag ID field. We have made the necessary changes to your workflow on your behalf for now.
