Hey,
I have incoming message, and AI takes over and so far it works great. I am monitoring conversation via WhatsApp Business app, but sometimes I want & need to step in and take over the conversation, and write to customer myself. When I do, the AI is keep interacting and responding. How this can be disabled? If I take over & respond to the customer, the AI should stop interacting and let me handle. I can't find any settings to do that? Can you help?
