Task does not seem to be running every 10 minutes

Is it because the task is set to look for "new" youtube comments and there was no "new" comments since the task last ran? If so, it is possible to set up the task so that it will instead look for any youtube comment that does not have a reply, so that the bot can reply to unreplied to youtube comments?

The 10-minute trigger interval time does not mean that your workflow will trigger every 10 minutes. It simply means that the 'New Comment on a Channel' trigger checks for a new comment on your channel every 10 minutes, and if there is a new comment, then your workflow will be triggered..
Currently, it's not possible to set the trigger to look for existing comments that haven't been replied to. The use case of replying to un-replied existing comments is currently not possible.
