Hello @flowyze,

Could you please provide us with the Workflow URL where you are facing this issue? This will help us investigate the problem more effectively and assist you accordingly.

Please be aware that to assist you effectively, we may need to access your Pabbly Connect account. If you're comfortable with this, please grant us permission by stating in your next reply:

I have two more questions:
  1. I don't want all Outlook emails to trigger an action, but only emails with a certain content or subject line. In Zapier, this trigger is called "New Email Matching Search". The search term in the subject line is: "Antrag auf Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft im Verein:" How do I set this up?
Currently, the workflow is triggered with every email, which is of course not possible.
  2. I have selected the subject line in the text formatter and the pattern "(?<=Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft im Verein: ).*", but that is the Zapier pattern, I may have to call it something else for Brevo so that it works, right?
Thanks for your reply.

Silvan

Ok, what about the second question:

2. I have selected the subject line in the text formatter and the pattern "(?<=Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft im Verein: ).*", but that is the Zapier pattern, I may have to call it something else for Brevo so that it works, right?

Hi,
the link to the workflow is: https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjYwNTZhMDYzMzA0MzY1MjZkNTUzNTUxMzIi_pc
I allow Pabbly access to my account to be able to finalize the workflow.
My problem: I don't want all Outlook emails to trigger an action in this workflow, but only emails with a certain content, or subject line. In Zapier, this trigger is called "New Email Matching Search". The search term in the subject line is: "Antrag auf Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft im Verein:" How do I set this up?

I have selected the subject line in the text formatter and there the pattern "(?<=Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft im Verein: ).*", but that is the Zapier pattern, I may have to call it something else for Brevo so that it works, right?
Many thanks for the feedback!

Hello @flowyze,

To process only the emails with a specific subject line, you can add a filter right after the trigger. In the filter step:
  • Select the Subject label.
  • Choose the filter type (e.g., Contains).
  • Enter the desired text in the value field, as shown in the attached screenshot.

This will ensure that only emails with the specified subject are processed further in the workflow.

Let us know if you have any further queries.
