Tasks keep repeating themselves

Hi,

I have created a Google Calendar to Google Calendar workflow, but for some reason the tasks keep repeating themselves for the same date and time. For instance: https://take.ms/J2L28 and the invitations are being sent every 10 minutes as well: https://take.ms/8qWfj

How can I avoid this from happening? (I have noticed a similar behavior in other kinds of workflows.)
