Tasks Reset

I can see that my tasks were resent on 8/1/23 but my account shows that I only have 86 tasks remaining. I have only used 7 tasks since 8/1. Why don't the tasks remaining reflect 93? Are the 100 free tasks for the lifetime of the account or per month? Thanks!

Hi @slp madness,

You are confusing the number of times the workflow was executed with the number of tasks consumed. Although your workflow was executed only 7 times, each time it was executed, 2 of your tasks were consumed – one for 'Create/Update Subscriber' and the other for 'Add Existing Subscriber to Segment'.

Are the 100 free tasks for the lifetime of the account or per month? Thanks!

100 tasks are credited to your account per month.
