Team members questions

Hi everyone,
I am trying to learn more about the team members section and I have found the topic and the video!

I have 2 particular questions:
- If the team members are on a basic account, will they be able to access the ULTIMATE funcitons from my ULTIMATE account? Filters, delay, etc
- If they have only 100 tasks...will it deduct from their account as well, when sharing a flow?
