The Team Members section in Pabbly Email Verification is designed to allow account owners and managers to efficiently add, manage, and assign roles and permissions to team members. This feature enables collaborative work on email list verifications by managing access to different folders and activities based on the assigned permissions.

To efficiently manage a large number of team members, you can use the Filter Action options to filter team members based on the following criteria:
1. Accessing the Team Members Page
To access the Team Members page:
- Log in to your Pabbly Email Verification account.
- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Team Members tab located in the navigation menu.
2. Overview of the Team Members Section
In the Team Members section, you can manage your team and the permissions they have in your Pabbly Email Verification account. You will see the following key information:
- Team Members Added: The total number of unique team members added to your account.
- Folders Shared With You: The total number of folders shared with you by other team members.
- Folders Shared By You: The number of folders you have shared with other team members.
3. Managing Team Members
To add a new team member:
- Click on the Add Team Member button.
- Enter the following details:
- Pabbly Account Email Address: Enter the email address of the team member. Make sure the email is registered with Pabbly.
- Select Folder: Choose the folder(s) you want to share with the team member.
- Select Access Type: Choose whether the team member should have Read Access or Write Access:
- Read Access: Allows the member to view and download reports but prevents making any changes or uploading files.
- Write Access: Grants full access, including the ability to upload email lists, start verifications, and download reports.
- Click Add to save and grant the selected permissions to the team member.
Note: Only registered Pabbly users can be added as team members.
4. Points to Remember When Adding Team Members
- You can share multiple folders with each team member.
- You can assign Read Access or Write Accessbased on the level of interaction required.
- Write Access allows uploading email lists, starting verifications, and downloading reports.
- Read Access allows viewing email lists and downloading reports but not editing or uploading data.
- Team members do not have access to the Settings section, billing information, or the Trash folder.
- Team member access can be removed at any time.
5. Managing Folder Access
Under the Folders Shared With You section, you can track the following details about the folders shared with you:
- Shared On: The date when the folder was shared.
- Folder Name: The name of the folder shared with the team member.
- Permission Type: Whether the team member has Read or Write access to the folder.
- Access Folder: A button that allows you to access the folder directly.
6. Filtering and Searching Team Members
To efficiently manage a large number of team members, you can use the Filter Action options to filter team members based on the following criteria:
- Permission Type: Filter by the access level (Read or Write).
- Folders You’ve Shared: Filter by the folders that you have shared with team members.
You can apply these filters to quickly find and manage team members based on their permissions or the folders they've been assigned to.
