Telegram Bot | Send a document/image doesn't display the image in Telegram

I have a workflow with an Action of Telegram Bot | Send a document/image.

When I run it, it attaches the image to the post in Telegram, but doesn't actually display the image with my text as a Caption:

What am I doing wrong?!

To send a photo to your telegram channel, you can use the "Telegram: Send Photo " action event.
