Telegram integration with Trello. no item create new map

Hello. When I do telegram integration with Trello, why is there no item, I just create a new card, there is no such item

Could you please tell us which action event you are referring to with Item in Trello?

We have a " Trello: Create Checklist Item in Card" action event to create Checklist Item, you can try this if it fulfills your requirement.

As per the Trello API, it doesn't allow sending a sound file via API. Also, could you please briefly elaborate on your use case once, so that we can look into the possibility of it.
