Test Request works - but not in reality

I am using a Google Sheet. I want it when "add new row" it sends column/row contents to a Heartbeat.chat thread. It works perfect in the "request test". However when adding a new row in the same Google Sheet in a non-test situation -- the trigger doesn't work. New rows show up, but Pabbly doesn't send any info to Heartbeat. Help please. Thanks.

Oh, I found this on the forum and it solved my problems. Thanks. I just selected these two from extensions.
