We’ve checked your setup. To resolve the incorrect output from the Split Text action, please change the Response Type of Step 3: Text Formatter (Pabbly) – Split Text from Advanced to Simple.

Once this change is applied, the split results will be returned correctly as separate outputs.

Nopes its the same and even after clicking on simple when i am testing it
showing the same result... and after i saved it as simple and reopened the step it came back to advanced by default
and its not only happening only in this account i have checked it in multiple other clients accounts also its the same issue

We request you to please clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again and try testing the step once more. In many cases, this behavior is caused by cached data on the browser side.

We’ve checked this from our end and are unable to reproduce the issue—the Split Text action is working as expected for us.

Please try the above and let us know if the issue still persists. We’ll be happy to look into it further.

If the issue persists after clearing the cache, please let us know. Since this appears to be a cache-related issue, it should most likely be resolved once the cache is cleared.
