Text Parser, adding different separate word text for parsing

I'm sorry if I didn't explain it correctly in the subject. Example is I'm going to take a word by sandwiching the word Home 3BR Deluxe Room
home_booking Home 3BR Deluxe Room Entire home/apt
Sometimes an email comes with "Private room" instead of "Entire home/apt"
So I have to add, the word on before "Entire home/apt" if that word does not exist "Private room" will be parsed instead.
If I can add it like this Entire home/apt{{ifnot}}Private room, that would be great!

I'm running a short rental business, and I'll buy a subscription if everything works out. Thank you!

Oh... this is genius! I'll definitely try this, Thank you!
I'll be back here if I got another hurdle. I'm currently parsing the emails with "Reservation confirmed" all going thru this, and gonna work with the cancelled reservation as well. Thank you so much! This app is a lot cheaper than other competitors like zapier. Also it was awesome to actually have a live person recording a tutorial for this.
