1. Webinar Kit
2. Send in Blue
3. Fluent CRM
4. Pabbly connection

Work Flow

Step
01=>This automation is not related to the Pabbly connection. In the webinar kit, We have created a new webinar for our targeted audience so that whenever the participants register and watch our webinar, Webinar- Kit will take separate data of each participant and send that data to Send in blue. In Send in blue we have created multiple lists for each action so that send in blue will take all data which is from the webinar kit. Now We have made automation in Pabbly the name of that workflow is DrSajjan.com Webinar INFO Automation.

Step 02 =>
We have taken trigger application Name Send in blue and trigger event is New contact added to a list. We have taken Webhook response also and only we are able to get Mail ID only. Then we have made another action event as Get a Contact Info and we have successfully got the response that is first and last name also. After that, this response is to send it to Fluent CRM But we are getting many problems that are,
A. In Fluent CRM the mail ID is triggering correctly but the name is the same that is Sindhu Shree for all Contact.
B. We are not getting a separate list in fluent CRM.

Hey @quepreonpay

We looked into your workflow and found that the following wrong mapping, please check out the following points -

1. You need to map the Email address in the Sendinblue: Get Contact Information to make the dynamically run to your subscribers.

2. In the Routers filter condition you need to manually type the List id in each of your routes -

Kindly do the changes in your workflow accordingly and then let us know if you get stuck at any step. I hope this might help you out.

Thank you so much for taking your time to go through our issue and suggesting changes .. have made the changes ,, will update you by tomorrow on its sucess as our webinar has to happen to get the data flowing .
 
As we have Followed whatever the steps that you have suggested and we have fixed the First issue but we haven't solved another issue. That is
1. We have multiple Lists in Send in Blue as we Have attached in the first image. you can refer to it.
2. In Pabbly Connection we can only have one trigger response of one list ID that is #4. This you can refer to in 2nd Image
3. So then We have used the Route Action event to get other Send in Blue list ID responses. But the response which I got an error. You can refer in 3rd image.

previously you have answered this question and we have followed the steps which you have suggested but also it got error please cross verify our issue by checking each step in the automation - Work Flow Name "DrSajjan.com Webinar INFO Automation"

We looked into your workflow's history logs, it seems like the workflow is working accordingly. Further, in the 003.PNG file while setting up the router according to the condition it will show the false response, but you do not have to worry about it, it will work accordingly while the execution of your workflow as the data appears.

Okay got you, We will follow whatever the things that you sad. So today we will run our webinar so that will check whether the automation is working fine or not...
