The bottom of the submission form used to show the replies or email conversation with replies and sent messages. Suddenly, starting two days ago on January 18, 2024, the conversation no longer shows up. I have no way of communicating to the form visitor or tracking the conversation. What could have caused this issue and how can I resolve it? I pay for the 1 form plan monthly and use my own SMTP server without the Pabbly email system.
