The workflow never executes

Hi Team,

We have a web page where we book client appointments using Calendly. Once an appointment is made, we either update or create this as a Contact in Zoho Bigin CRM. We have these 2 workflows in Pabbly Connect -

1. Update Contact Flow - https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjUwNTZiMDYzMDA0MzI1MjZmNTUzMDUxM2Ei_pc
If the contact already exists in Bigin, we utilize it to update it with additional information.

2. Create Contact Flow - https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjUwNTZiMDYzMDA0MzM1MjZkNTUzYzUxMzIi_pc
The intention of this workflow is to create a new contact in Bigin if the contact does not exist already.

The issue is that the second workflow never triggers. Can you please help us in figuring out why it never kicks off.

Hi @Sikhar,

Please try creating a new workflow from scratch (without cloning) and see if you are able to capture the response in the new workflow.
