Thrive Themes form + Pabbly + Flowdesk

Hey community! We recently switched away from Mailchimp and into Flowdesk. Unfortunately, our current site builder, Thrive Themes, doesn't have a direct integration with Flodesk, so we are trying to figure out how to use Pabbly to help. I tried to use Thrive Automator to link to a Pabbly webhook, but I'm unsure if that would work.

Here's what I'm trying to achieve:
  1. When a person submits a form we designed with Thrive Themes, they are added as a subscriber to a specific segment in Flodesk.
  2. Once the subscriber is added, they should show up on our Flodesk segment and start the automation as we have it set

I appreciate any guidance you can provide!
