ThriveCart Bump order purchase not triggering

Hi,
I've setup a workflow with a ThriveCart trigger for "Bump Purchase" and selected the 6 possible products.

I've tested it three times and then tried "save and send test request", but nothing is coming back. It just keeps spinning (waiting), until final I refresh the page and this is the response:

Am I missing something in the setup? It seems pretty straight-foward.
