I am trying to set up an abandoned cart email sequence from Thrivecart. I have the API key installed, I have selected the product I want to use in Thrivecart, but it is still saying "waiting for response". I have done dummy tests of going to the product sales page and entering my email and details but leaving before a payment was processed. I have deleted the integration and re-installed it. I have re-entered the webhook and re-installed it. Nothing seems to be working at all. It's been nearly 24hrs of sitting on "waiting for a response". I asked customer service for help and they told me it was a problem with how I had installed the webhook and told me to watch the video again. I have watched the video multiple times and I am following the correct process. I do not know what else to do. Can you help me please?
