Thrivecart Problem

There's a problem with your Thrivecart -> Product Purchase trigger.

When I try with a Thrivecart product in Test mode, the response is received in Pabbly

When I try with the same Thrivecart product in Live mode, the response is NOT received in Pabbly.

Please help, thanks!

Kindly try the Thrivecart trigger event in a new workflow and then try again.

If the issue still persists then do let us know with a short video or a screenshot. Make sure you have captured the webhook response in live mode with real payment.

Hi, yes, that's what I tried. I tested it in "Test Mode", and my Thrivecart product is in Test mode, it receives a response.

But when I switched the trigger to "Live Mode" and my Thrivecart product is in Live mode, nothing is received.

If you change the mode of payment to "Live Mode" then you need to recapture the webhook response by making a live payment.

That's what I'm saying, I switched it to Live. And I switched my Thrivecart product to Live mode. And then I actually make a purchase with my credit card, and nothing happens in Pabbly. Nothing gets received.

Can you please record a short video on how you are capturing the webhook response in your Thrivecart trigger event?
