Hi,

My clients schedule their appointments with me using TidyCal, and these appointments are added to my Google Calendar under a dedicated calendar for this type of appointment.
The goal is to trigger the sending of an automated and personalized follow-up email by Systeme.io.
This also allows me to track whether the email has been opened and to send and send a more personalized reminder than with TidyCal's confirmation email.
Furthermore, it generates more client engagement.

My question is, How can I create a workflow that adds a tag, zoom's link and the date of the next appointment to the Systeme.io CRM record, or create a contact with this data if the client doesn't exist in my Systeme.io CRM?

I tried a workflow between TidyCal and Systeme.io, but it doesn't seem to trigger.

I also tried a workflow between Google Calendar and Systeme.io, but some information is missing when I try to map it.

Is there a video demonstrating this specific workflow?

Thanks
Stéphanie

Hi @stef,

Could you please share the workflows you have attempted to create? Your use case requires adding a Systeme.io: Search Contact action step along with a Router that has two routes in your workflow.

Route 1 can be used to create a contact when it does not already exist in your Systeme.io account.
Route 2 can be used to update the contact if it already exists in your Systeme.io account, including tags, the Zoom link, and the appointment date.
You can setup your workflow in this manner:

This workflow triggers when a new booking is created in TidyCal and searches for a contact with the email address in Systeme.io.

Then, in Route 1, add the Systeme.io: Create Contact action step to create a contact if it does not already exist.

In Route 2, add Systeme.io: Update Contact action step to update already existing contact. If you can share the workflow, we can set up the route conditions on your behalf.

What I find very curious is that the Pabbly history gives me a success, but the tags are not being added to my systeme.io CRM, nor are the new contacts.
