Timezone Offset value in "Modify Current Date" Output

It looks like the Timezone Offset is not correct and is always set to UTC (+00:00) in the "Modify Current Date" Output in Date/Time Formatter by Pabbly.

Or is it the expected behavior? For the screenshot below, it should be −08:00 instead of +00:00
