Trigger test response

Hey everyone!
Is it possible to get a response from the trigger WITHOUT doing a test response?
E.g. Trigger: new user added to a community app.
In order to get data, I have to add a new user. Once I add a new user, I should be able to get a response.
Is it possible get a response from perviously added people?
I'm running into the problem of adding multiple test accounts to my community, which is clogging up the community and causing lots of notificaitons for the community members just to test the process.
I know Zapier has this capability. Any help you can offer would be appreciated

I am assuming you are referring to this workflow.

No, it is currently not possible to capture the response without making a test submission. You need to add a user to trigger your workflow.
