Trigger using a formula on a cell

Hi there I would like to trigger a workflow whenever a cell using a simple formula changes eg. we have a date and that date is met, so formula changes from NO to YES (changes whenever date matched today's date) that when I need the workflow to trigger.

Also is there an option to loop the workflow everyday until someone fills a google form for example?

If you've set up a formula in the trigger column of your Google Sheets, it might not work as expected. We recommend choosing a different column as the trigger, which will send the entire row at once. Also, remember to use 'Send On Event' only if your data is from a Google application or manually entered. For data from third-party apps, consider using 'Auto Send On Schedule' or 'Send on Event,' which will forward the data within an hour.

And, just double-check to ensure all required data is filled up to your trigger column for a smooth process.

Thank you very much, this helps me understand much better how to do things. However just to clarify

Auto Send On Schedule' ... when will they send the data within 1 hour starting when? Can I have an specific time set up? so it always triggers 9am for example?

Auto Send On Schedule - Right now, when data comes from another app to your Google Sheets, it takes a whole hour to get to your workflow. It goes to your Google Sheets first, and because it's from a different app, it then takes another hour to reach your workflow automatically.

Is there a way to just send the data everyday at a certain time? (and the using filters inside pabbly)

So this way I can have a formula inside google sheets to use inside pabbly.

Or is there any other way to loop whatsapps sending to one person until that person completes for eg. a google form?
