I created a workflow that integrated to TG bot. and the actions was triggering multiple times.. Anybody know how to overcome this issue?

This is not happening with just one workflow..This is happening with every workflow..And these workflows were working perfectly fine since 2 months. But a few hours since, this multiple output with same images are being encountered.
