Triggers Not Working Across All Workflows

Hi Pabbly Team,


I’m facing a major issue with my account — none of the triggers in my workflows are working. We currently have around 10–15 workflows set up, and all of them have stopped triggering automatically.


When I test the data manually, everything works fine. The “Send on Event” option is enabled, and it even shows a tick mark. However, the automations are not running when the actual event occurs.


Could you please look into this urgently and help resolve the issue? It’s affecting our operations significantly.

Could you please let us know how the data is being added to your Google Sheets? This will help us better understand the issue.

Some are created using Google Forms, while others are done manually.
