try to connect messenger to 3sigma crm

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

i create a workflow and try to connect messenger to 3sigma i copy the api key from 3sigma and paste it on the pabbly action but i click the send test request it throw error like this on the screen
how to solve it
