Twilio incoming message webhook not triggered

Twilio incoming message webhook not triggered. I can see the incoming message in twilio console logs from a specific number, but the webflow isn't triggered. However it works when I test it (click save and test).

Twilio incoming message webhook not triggered. I can see the incoming message in twilio console logs from a specific number, but the webflow isn't triggered. However it works when I test it (click save and test).

Kindly configure the Twilio trigger event once and capture the webhook response again.
