Hi. I have two clients who have been auto-processing subscriptions for a couple of years. Yesterday, out of nowhere, they stopped auto-generating invoices. Opening their account, all is good. The billing method is ok. Subscription ends in 2100. Their next invoice shows 4/16/2025, but it was not generated. What could be the issue, and how do I effectively get their payment and get them back on track? Thanks.
