Unable to connect Fb Lead to exotel

Upon checking, your workflow includes a trigger to capture Facebook leads and an action to make an outgoing call to a call flow with a static number. However, as per the task history, it appears that dynamic values are being used during execution.

Kindly confirm which specific number you want to map there. Based on your use case, you may need two separate call actions — one to connect with your representative (static or dynamic) and another to call the Facebook lead after a delay, if required.

So, our representative number is static 0114118XXXX and Fb Lead is dynamic. However, as per steps we don't know where to put dynamic number (Fb lead) as we want call to come first to our representative then to FB Lead

Preeti if you go through workflow we have followed the steps shared. Our exotel number is 01141187755 on which multiple agents are connected. Then we have fb lead on which for testing we have taken number 9891146194. However, its not connecting as desired. Hence, requesting detailed steps. You can please go through workflow. Also, attached image above is not downloadable nor we can view
