Unable to Connect Smartsheet Integration - 1004 Not Authorised

Hi All,

I'm trying to connect my Smartsheet (Business) account to Pabbly Connect, but each time, I am returned a 1004 error every time.

I have created a new API key, and edited the SS Connection in Pabbly, so I'm pretty sure that's good to go. The connection to the account appears to be successful, but I cannot get past the 1004 Response Error Code, whenever I hit Save and Send Test Request.

I wonder if anyone had any ideas?

Hi @adampj,

Please establish a new connection with your Smartsheet account by following the steps provided in the help text. Be sure to add the word 'Bearer' as a prefix when entering the API Token.

Thank you so much for your swift response. This was a great help - the worded 'Bearer ' was important to include, and was not included in my original configuration.

Having created a new connection, and added Bearer <api key>, this has resolved the issue. Bearer is not mentioned in the UI of Smartsheet, so it's a key step I didn't see in the instructions.
