Unable to get gmail tirgger to work

same with me, connected ok, but app event is not populating. first time user, does this happen a lot with this app?

I am unable to get the gmail new email trigger to work properly. can someone pls rectify the trigger for me?
Based on your task history, we can see that your workflow is being triggered for new emails. However, since you have set up specific filter conditions in your router that are not being met, the subsequent steps of your workflow are not executing.

The Gmail “New Email” trigger is available exclusively for our paid users. Since you are currently on the free plan, this trigger event will not be visible or accessible in your account.
