Unable to login to Pabbly Connect – “Whoops! We seem to have hit a snag” error

Hi Team,

I’m facing an issue while logging into Pabbly Connect.

Whenever I try to access the dashboard (or open a workflow), I get the following error message:

“Whoops! We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later.”
What I’ve already tried:

  • Logging in again with a fresh session
  • Incognito mode
  • Clearing browser cache & cookies
  • Closing all Pabbly tabs and retrying
  • Different browser
But the issue still persists.

Additional details:

  • Browser: Chrome
  • Issue occurs even after a fresh login
  • Attaching screenshot for reference
Kindly help me resolve this issue at the earliest as it’s blocking my automation work.

Thanks in advance.

Hey @kotharirahul,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are currently experiencing a temporary downtime, and our team is actively working on it.

Please note that any webhooks received during this period are being safely queued in our system and will start executing automatically once the service is fully restored. For poll-based applications as well, executions will resume once the system is stable.

You can monitor the real-time application status here: https://monitor.pabbly.com/

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.

Hi Preeti,

Understood. This is currently impacting ongoing automations.
Please share an update once the system is stable.

Regards,
Ashwin

Hey @kotharirahul,

Pabbly Connect is now up and running. Any webhooks that were queued during the downtime, as well as data from poll-based triggers, should start triggering the workflows shortly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please let us know if you notice anything unusual or need further assistance.
