Unable to send WhatsApp Messages on Webhook Trigger

I have configured workflow where my webhook is receiving data but it is not passing to the Aisensy Whatsapp. I have watched the tutorial and followed all the steps correctly. I want whenever webhook triggers it should send a WhatsApp message to the user.
