unable to Trigger workflow when customer detail is updated in shopify

Hi team

We want to make a workflow which trigger when customer details are updated in shopify.

Suppose we are changing customer email from shopify admin .

I checked and found pabby don't have this option . it has option to trigger when new customer created but no option there if customer data is updated .

lease check the screenshot . can you please help us to do this ?

Hey @kuldeep

If Shopify supports Customer Updated trigger events, then you can use the "Webhook by Pabbly" trigger event to capture the event type when the customer gets updated.

Thank you for your prompt response

I tried with this webhook but the issue is shopify is not sending both values

ex: previous email: [email protected]
new email : [email protected]

so we should have both the emails in response so we can search the customer/item in monday.com by filtering with previous email and then replace email field with this new updated email

am i missing something here ?

Hey @kuldeep

The "Webhook by Pabbly" is a descriptive-based webhook trigger that only receives the data which was sent by the triggering application and we do not manipulate the webhook data in any pattern.

So, we would request you to contact their support team for the same.
