Unexplained workflow executions

On 2nd July there have been more than 300 executions of the workflow 'sheets to calendar' from 7:00:07PM to 7:01:32PM
I had copied some rows into the linked google sheet workbook, but the entries were made into a sheet that is not connected to the workflow.
Any reason why the workflow was executed so many times?
I have done a similar copy paste before as well in this workbook but, but have not faced such a result before.

Kindly cross-check the workflow in which you are passing the same data according to the task history ID and then check the flow accordingly.
