Unsure why this task failed. I seem to be receiving data from Facebook but it is not showing correctly in "Data In".

Could you please try deleting the Create Contact step and re-adding it to see if the action executes successfully?

At the moment, we’re unable to identify the exact reason why the data didn’t process correctly from the current task history. However, this troubleshooting step often helps resolve such issues. Kindly give it a try and let us know if it works.


 
Thank you for the response, Preeti. I am definitely open to trying that. I do want to highlight though that I am dealing with task failure only for 10 such tasks out of the expected 113 task executions. I can see that it executed 116 tasks (I am guessing including re-tries). It's failing only for 10.
Do I need to re-do all the steps? I have 9 steps in total and the 9th step is a tricky filter so I don't want to mess it up.

Hello @meenakshi-shah-oawa-team,

You do not need to redo all the steps in your workflow. Please delete only the 2nd and 3rd steps and then re-add them. Once done, check if the steps are working correctly by going to your Task History and re-executing one of the 10 failed task entries. This will help verify whether the 2nd and 3rd steps now execute successfully.

This change should not affect your filter in the 9th step. If the task meets the filter conditions, it will proceed as intended. If it was failing earlier, it will continue to fail in the same manner without impacting your filter logic.

If you notice any issues after re-adding the steps, please let us know so we can assist further.
