Upcoach shown as an integration pre-purchase

Before I purchased Pabbly Connect, I checked and your site indicated that Upcoach was a current integration.

Now that I have the time to begin using Pabbly, I see that isn't the case.

How do I integrate Upcoach? Or possibly initiate a refund if there are no work-arounds?

I think you are mixing trigger and actions.

Upcoach has been always available as action, not as a trigger(1st step) -
