"Update Contact?" in SendInBlue

What's the difference between "Update Contact?" TRUE and FALSE?
I was trying to relate it to "Update Type" (Add and Reassign) of Zapier.

As per my understanding,

'Add' in Zapier should be 'False' in Pabbly
'Reassign' in Zapier should be TRUE in Pabbly

But that's not the case, because even if I keep TRUE in Pabbly, it acts as Add in Zapier.

Please help us understand.

Thank you very much @Supreme for clarifying this doubt.

I tested myself and found that it will add the contact to list mentioned in Pabbly irrespective of False or True. However, other details like First/Last Name, SMS, etc gets updated only if "Update contact?" was kept as True. If it was kept as False, then only list gets updated with the contact.
