Update Main Email - Profile Setting

Hi, we having an critical issue here. We've subscribe and use pabbly for a long time, but our admin who handle pabbly connection is got resign. The issue is we need to update the email that connected to his account. I've been looking for some features to update the email, but i get the email field is unclickable so i can't update the email. What should i do to update that email because we need to charge another subscription within 2 days ?
