Updating High Level/Leadconnector opportunity

In the "Lead Connector : Update Opportunity" action step, you need to pass/map the opportunity Id in the opportunity field instead of user's name.

You can use the "Lead Connector : Search Opportunity" action step to find the opportunity Id. Please refer to the following screenshot for your better understanding.
