Hi Pabbly Support Team,

Our Pabbly Connect subscription has now expired and the subscription status is showing Cancelled in our account.

We would like to renew/reactivate our Pabbly Connect Monthly subscription and continue using our existing account and workflows.


Our previous subscription details:

  • Plan: Pabbly Connect Monthly

  • Amount: ₹2,129.90

  • Previous billing date: July 17, 2026


We previously had an issue where the auto-renewal payment failed. We would now like to make the payment and reactivate the subscription.


Could you please guide us on:

  1. How we can renew the cancelled subscription?

  2. Can we make the payment through Net Banking?

  3. How can we enable auto-renewal through our card for future billing cycles?

  4. Will our existing workflows and settings remain intact after renewal?

This is urgent because our workflows are currently stopped due to the expired subscription.

Please help us reactivate the subscription as soon as possible.
