USe Highlevel trigger

Good day, I am trying to createa trigger when a form is completed in gohighlevel to populate a google sheet

When I select trigger event in lead connector form submitted, i get the below instructions to perform in Highlevel - but these trigger options are not available in highlevel anymore?
