hello, I am looking for a platform that I can manage the order confirmation, with the possibility of answering the customer, is it possible with the public?

Pabbly Subscription Billing provides a platform where a user can create products & plans by the name of his business/services & can sell those using the generated Checkout page link. Also, they can collect the payment from the customers using more than 20+ integrated payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe & many more. Apart from this, there is an invoicing feature that works automatically when a purchase is completed through the checkout page.

So, to manage the order confirmation it has an inbuilt Email notification System that comprises of various predefined templates that can be set as active/inactive mode depending upon the activities like for Successful Payment there is an email template that will be sent to both the merchant & customer at the time of payment completion. Similarly, there are specific templates that can be used to notify the customer & the merchant simultaneously on particular activities like Subscription Created & Renewed, Expired, etc.
