Using a web link as a trigger?

I want to have a signup link in our marketing emails, that when a customer clicks the link it executes a workflow that processes the signup.

I have the workflow's actions ready, I just need to know how to create a link to trigger the workflow to execute.

Could you please share your workflow name some that we can check over your concern and can assist you accordingly? Further which email marketing application you're using for sending marketing emails?
